To ensure full transparency, we’d like to share our Refund & Cancellation Policy with you. Please review the details below:

Booking Deposit

A non-refundable deposit of  50% is required to secure your event date. This deposit is applied toward your total balance.

 

Cancellation Refunds

Depending on when you cancel, your refund eligibility is as follows:

• More than 30 days prior: Full refund (minus deposit)

• 15–30 days prior: 50% refund (minus deposit)

• Less than 14 days prior: No refund

 

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once at no extra cost if requested at least 14 days before your event. Additional changes may incur a fee and are based on availability.

Force Majeure

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies), we’ll work with you to reschedule or offer a partial refund/credit if rescheduling isn’t possible.
