Booking Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your event date. This deposit is applied toward your total balance.
Cancellation Refunds
Depending on when you cancel, your refund eligibility is as follows:

More than 30 days prior: Full refund (minus deposit)

15–30 days prior: 50% refund (minus deposit)

Less than 14 days prior: No refund
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once at no extra cost if requested at least 14 days before your event. Additional changes may incur a fee and are based on availability.

Force Majeure
In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, emergencies), we’ll work with you to reschedule or offer a partial refund/credit if rescheduling isn’t possible.
