All event bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A deposit is required to secure your date, with full payment due by the date specified in your invoice. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse service for any reason, including non-payment.

 

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing via email to [your email]. Refunds for cancellations are subject to the following:

• 100% refund if canceled more than 30 days before the event.

• 50% refund if canceled 15–30 days before the event.

• No refund if canceled within 14 days of the event.

 

5. Alcohol Responsibility

Jazzy Vibes Bar promotes responsible alcohol consumption. We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears intoxicated or is underage. The client is responsible for ensuring all guests consuming alcohol are of legal drinking age.

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and images, are the property of Jazzy Vibes Bar or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
