Jazzy Vibes Bar brings classic mixology and a jazzy flair to weddings, corporate functions, private celebrations, and special events. We are a dry-hire bartending service. The client provides the alcohol, and we handle the planning, setup, service, and cleanup, so hosting feels effortless from the first pour to the final sip.
All prices below are starting rates. Final pricing reflects guest count, event length, venue logistics, staffing and any enhancements you choose.
Gold — Essential Bartending Service - $350
Perfect for intimate gatherings and casual celebrations. Package includes: One (1) professional TIPS-certified bartender, gold bar tools and equipment, garnish station setup, beverage consultation along with a recommended shopping list, custom cocktail menu design, bar service area cleanup and general & liquor liability insurance coverage. 3-hour minimum · Up to 50 guests
Platinum — Elevated Bar Experience - $550
For hosts who want a polished, upscale presentation. Includes everything in Gold, plus: mobile bar setup, premium cocktail napkins, straws, stirrers, enhanced guest presentation. 3-hour minimum · Up to 75 guests
Platinum+ Service for Larger Gatherings - $850
Everything in Platinum, plus: a second TIPS-certified bartender for faster service. Up to 4 hours · Up to 100 guests
Diamond — Signature Luxury Experience - $1,450
Our premier package for weddings, corporate events, and large-scale celebrations. Everything in Platinum Plus, plus: two (2) TIPS-certified bartenders and one (1) dedicated barback, mobile bar setup with styled and branded bar presentation, custom signature cocktail menu, including one signature cocktail and one signature mocktail creation, premium garnish display, champagne wall with a display stand, curated jazz playlist, priority booking support. Up to 4 hours · Up to 150 guest
Everything but the Alcohol Bundle
The easiest way to host. We supply the ice, premium mixers, juices and syrups, garnishes, and disposable cups, so all you purchase is the alcohol. Available with any bartending package. Starting at $12 per guest.
Signature Cocktail Tasting - $75/Person
Taste before you celebrate. Ideal for couples, hosts, and corporate planners finalizing a beverage menu. Includes: bartender-led tasting with mobile bar setup, up to two signature cocktails and two signature mocktails, Gourmet garnishes, mixers, juices, and syrups, cocktail napkins and presentation materials.

Insurance maintained by the company applies to company operations only and does not transfer responsibility for alcohol consumption to the client. Final pricing, staffing, and inclusions are confirmed int the Event Booking Form and Client Service Agreement.
